We were quite nervous for our trip away as Panda had never had a catsitter before. Ben alleviated all nerves! From our meet and greet, we could tell he is an animal lover and knew Panda would be safe in his care. He gave us frequent updates, amazing pictures and Panda loved her 'staycation'! He communicated well before, during and after the booking, made sure everything was alright and sent plenty of photos, was very positive about the whole experience, and my cat was very happy and relaxed upon us getting back from holiday.
